Flex-ible Plas was established in 1986 as Soem Phaiboon Polybag Co.,Ltd. With a steely determination and ceaseless development, the company has proudly grown from the small business of Soem Phaiboon Polybag into the current powerhouse of Flex-ible Plas, with more than two decades of experience in manufacturing flexible packaging products, including plastic bags, pouchs and labels. Our company has expertise in every step of the manufacturing process, whether it be film blowing, printing, laminating or bag and pouch making. The Rotogravure system is used in our printing process, and is capable of printing up to 8 colours under the control of Advanced Vision Technology, an automatic defect detection system.
Most importantly, our company has an advanced laboratory for testing product quality in various areas, such as tensile strength, sealing strength, elongation, and lamination strength. We also use an electronic weighting machine in order to test the lamination coating rate, and a barcode scanner to test barcode quality. Furthermore, our company has received ISO9001:2000, GMP, and BRC-IoP Certification for every manufacturing process.
